I was going to lodge a complaint about their rude check-in officers. Then i realised that i have no place to complain to.

I searched through the entire website in all countries and i just cannot find a email to post my feed backs. That simply tells us that they don't care about consumers nor the feed back is valued.

It's quite a sickening experience.
