Ripoff fail to honor moneyback guarantee

Purchased their product 5/13/03 by postal money order for $158.97. Followed their return policy 5/31/03 of including a letter explaining why product was returned. Which was because of conflict with doctor medication. I got headaches and dizzy.
They advertise money back guarantee. It is now 22 Jul 03 and no refund to date though I have sent many emails and a complaint letter requesting refund.
