Eware: service to NYC is no longer non-stop

I have taken Greyhound between Framingham MA and NYC many times. This time, after booking non-refundable tickets, I discovered that their service is no longer non-stop.instead you have to change buses in Hartford in both directions and also make a stop in Worcester. I was shocked and immediately called to cancel, but the agent refused to give me a refund. I eventually spoke with a supervisor, but he was also unwilling to help me.

Their service is much worse than it used to be on this route. Since then I found that there is non-stop service on a new bus line out of Newton to NYC.
