Poor Customer service - sunway travel sdn bhd

When i entered, i wasnt greeted at all... I waited for them to approach me but it took them 20 minutes to realize i was in the same room as they were! Very poor customer services... The way the carry out their work is not professional at all... Very disappointed! Must do something about it before other people is a victim as well.
