I went to Les Swvab in Florence Oregon on 4-06-09 to have the tires checked on my motor home. When I pulled in the lot, I was greeted by a middle aged man who was very unfriendly. I was told to park in back. There were two others before me. I waited until both were done. (about 1 hr.) When I pulled into the bay, nobody came out to help me. The boy working there continued pounding apart things, and running around as if I were not there. The man who originally greeted me out front, came and talked to the boy, then left again. Still no service. As My wife and I sat there for another half an hour, I decided to call there corporate office. I was greeted by a women, who then transfered me to a complaint specialist for there company. No apologies, only a quiet tone on the other end of the phone. The man asked if he should call them. I said, yes. After about three minutes, I heard the phone buzzer ring. The boy outside giggled as he went up to the car, and went on to make several excuses. As a loyal customer to the company, I have never had such poor service, and rudeness from Les Scwhab. I paid $ 641.00 for the tires from them, and all I wanted was an air check. This should have taken only minutes to do. I waited my turn, and still got no servive until their corporate office notified them the motorhome in the bay is about to set up camp. Literaly, that's what I told them, and I meant it. I hope they get it together over there, cause this type of service is unacceptable. Mark Braun
