Price? Customer service not helping - samsung s advanced

On the 11/5, between 8:30—9:45pm. I have my 2nd trip to Sunway Pyramid Authorise Dealer. First time, I went there to bought one set of Samsung Galaxy Nexus, value RM1899 nett. The salesman served me well, he gave me a good impressions. When i have my 2nd trip (11/5), I looked for the same salesman again, I wanna buy a phone for my son. He advice me to buy Samsung Galaxy S Advance. He quoted me the pricing at RM1399nett only the phone (cash sales no. 89272, dated 11/5). I requested some sourvenir (flip cassing) from him. Then, he suggested me to buy a glass protector which cost RM30. I paid for it by cash. At night, I saw an advertisment on Star Newspaper, the price printed was RM1299nett. The next day, I called samsung customer service (1300-88-9999) to complain what had I experienced. After that, customer service gave back me a call, they told me the salesman told the customer service that he sold the price RM1399nett including casing. The story were different, so i requested to view the cctv and the voice recorder about our conversation. Samsung customer service said that they have no right to view the cctv at their counter. Customer service told me the management had only warn the dealer. Customer service ask me refer back to the sales people at sunway pyramid samsung authorise dealer.
In my opinion, your customer service didnt help to solve problems. And, Sunway pyramid Samsung Authorise Dealer, their buiness way act like conman. I felt dissapointed&no more confidence to all Samsung Authorise Dealer. So i hope Saumsung Company will pay more attention to your Authorise Dealer, because its unfair to consumers. Thanks!
