Refunds and extra fees

Booked cruise with Orbitz in January. Had to cancel the cruise due to pregnancy in March. Low and behold they charge you $75 to cancel the reservation. And then tell you that you have to file a claim to try and get your $75. Wow I think that is a little steep to push some buttons. Their fees are ridiculous for something that they will get another person to easily pay for again. I can understand if the cancellation was last minute but it was 6 months in advance. I will never book another "anything" with this site again. I will either call the service directly or use another site. I HIGHLY do not recommend this site for any type of service.
