Expedia's poor policy!

We made a hotel reservation for 6 nights in Lisbon 2 weeks ago for a total of $636. Checked their website again and the rates were dropped to $505 for 6 nights, called customer service and even spoke with the supervisor and they refused to refund us the difference. The reservation is not until March 12-18. They said they will only adjust price within 24 hours after you made the reservation... We will never book the expedia AGAIN!
