Used bait and switch, debited account for taxes and fees ever mentioned before, billed for services never requested, Petersburg

I received a call in June informing me that I had been selected to receive three days and two nights at any of their hotels worldwide plus $400 in vouchers with any airline. I told them they may not debit my account until I called back on the number I was given should I accept.

I then received two Florida vacations I had never heard of. I called to refuse and was told my account had already been debited for $140 for taxes and fees. After insisting they play my tape back the service rep agreed they billed in error.

I received a phone service and another vacation I did not order after the cancellation deadline. At this time I closed my bank account. Because they were unable to obtain my funds they reported me to a credit reporting agency which caused me not to be able to used my new checking account.

There is currectly a warning by the Better Business Bureau in West Fla. I am now faced with a negative on my credit report, fees for bounced checks, and having to completely re-establish my Social Security account and go without this month's income.
