Travel agency network - capital vacations - paradise vacations ripoff illegal use of monies in my account st petersburgh

I WAS CALLED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TRAVEL agency network, and i was told all i had to do was call within the time period alloted and they would not take any monies from my account.

My expiration date was the 12th of august this is the day i called and cancelled my so called membership i was told by an automated voice that your membership is cancelled and no money would come from your account. I get back from a weekend retreat to find that 149.00 dollars was taken from my account on the 13th day of auguat 2004. I called 2 times on the 12th of august.

I will get an attorney if i have to to get my money back. It takes me a long time to get 149.00 dollars and someone like these people can take it. I would think this would have to be stealing and people who steal go to!!! Jail!!! AND I WILL SEE TO IT THAT THIS HAPPENS IF I CAN AT ALL DO THIS.
