Ripoff vacation cannot cancel and will not refund back our money please help

I was contacted over the phone and convinced to buy into a vacation, but did not know that i could not cancel or get my money back, i spoke to the manager by the name of Alex, his id is 2161, after i had found out that we will not be able to travel for another year, because of financial reason, I phoned Alex and tried to explain my situation and then he told me that we could not cancel or get our money back, we paid $698.00 U.S. Dollars, we tried speaking to another person in customer service by the name of Debbie, but she told me that she would change the date without cost, but we would have to travel by 12/20/05 or sell the vacation to somone, we would like to get our money back, please help us.
