Rip-off on vacation packages!

I sadly fell into the scam that Ramada Plaza Resorts. Upon learning that they had many charges against them I tried to cancel my vacation package. They would not allow it and I lost several hundreds of dollars. I did use my Visa card but have not contacted them about any retribution I could get from this company.
