Ripoff Not willing to refund

Please help me get my money back from Ramada Plaza Resorts. I answered just like most people to their ad but I will not be able to make the trip after all. I sent them letter by Federal Express. They tried to phone at my home but I can't get back because my cellphone is broken. They said in their message to settle but I know that they will talk me out of it like the others. I told them in my letter thatI will file a report if I don't get my money back within 5 days.

I just doesn't know how to deal with this, please help me.
