Booked the Partyride for a family day in NYC - the KING PHILLIP. For 30 people.
Bus arrived 1.5 hours late.
There was no toilet seat - adn bus was dirty, sticky and disgusting.
There was apparently some very recent renovation done to the tiles of the floor and there was glue oozing out all over the place. We had seniors and children on this bus. We were all slipping all over the place - and ruined ALL of our shoes with this gunk.
Driver did nothing.
There was no specific reason given to us for the delay from dispatch. Driver fessed up, and told us that the bus was not ready for him in the morning. Therefore we assume they were installing new tiles at the last minute.
We are all professionals who wanted to enjoy a holiday day in NYC. This was a disaster.
We had used Partyride previously for three years in a row - this is definitely the last. Our booking was on Dec 23 - Today is Jan 12. Anthony has still not returned my calls with an explanation and plan for refund. I call him atleast twice a day.
We will get to the bottom of this.
