Armstrong Floor Tile ripoff Tile Faulty Lowe's ignors complaint - Armstrong does nothing

Purchased several boxes of floor tiles from Lowe's. Half way through the first box I noticed that the arrows for installing changed by 9o degrees. I had to pull up several tiles to fix the problem. These arrows indicate the direction of both the texture and the pattern of the tile so they appear to be one solid pattern.By the second box the arrows were not only changing throughout the box but now the texture was 90 degrees off from the pattern.

Now I had to physically verify each and every tile to try to match up the design as best as could be done. The floor took several hours to complete that should hav only taken about an hour. There are mismatched patterns that we had to cover with rugs. The tiles are too difficult to remove otherwise I would have taken them all up and returned them.instead I wrote to Armstrong about the problem and they told me to go back to Lowe's and they had people who would handle this problem. We went back to Lowe's and waited an hour to speak to someone about it. Jay took down the information and told us that Anthony would call us and make arrangements to rectify the problem. That was over a month ago and no one has called. They don't care and continue to sell this faulty material.
