Rip off

I made a reservation for a hotel for december through roomstays at 1 866 257-5990. The amount i was quoted was $361.52usd, and my visa was charged for this amount. My plans were changed and i cancelled this reservation and was told that i would be credited $356.52 back to my visa. They are charging me $ 5.00 for a booking fee. I feel this is a rip off as other companies do not charge this fee and had i known in advance, i would have never used this company
