We arranged a trip through Orbitz travel providers from Johannesburg to Baltimore & back exactly the same method. The field Johannesburg - Baltimore was ok & I journeyed without any issues. I had a need to alter my return path. I recorded into the Orbitz site to help make the required modifications. I adopted the directions according to the website. The website caused me to click the change/stop option. Additionally it mentioned that before a trip could be transformed/terminated, I'll be proven the additional costs/costs that I'll need to get. Termination/Change is likely to be completed just after I've examined my choices. I went forward visited the switch & waited to determine what my choices were. Rather than the choices showing, I had been surprised to determine that orbitz had simply ended my trip. I instantly named orbitz & I had been placed on store for just two 5 hours before I really could talk to anybody. Going back 12 hours I've been attempting to clarify my scenario. After I talked for their consultant, I obviously mentioned for them that I'd no motives of rescheduling my trip but change it out. A consultant explained changing may be the just like rescheduling which recommended that instantly after I visited about the change/cancell switch, my trip was terminated. For me, change and stop are two different issues. Orbitz are accusing me for that problem & for me personally in order to visit today they cited one more $1500. I told them because it was their problem I think it is in poor flavor they expect me to include more income. Please help me.
