Bad, worse, and horrible customer service at JetBlue. I HAD been a loyal customer until yesterday. The past 3 flight's have been fine... With the exception of 1hr plus departure delays. The website has had incorrect pricing and with every flight, Jet Blue short changed my True Blue points. Each time I had to call customer service (over 20 min. Calls) to correct the points. The reps. Are disrespectful with my time and appear to have no incentive to fix their problems.in fact, the tone and demeanor suggest the opposite. They have no excalation process and are routinely offensive.
