I had a problem with jetblue, my confirmation G3SUCN. What happened was I booked the ticket on April 2nd to fly from Pittsburgh to Boston, But for some reason, my iternary was showing April 20th, so I called the jetblue customer service on April 19th, and explained them the problem, so they said they'll waive the $50 and charge me $10 difference for the flight for April 29th. Now I check my flight today (april 23rd), it's been changed from pittsburgh to boston orginally to BOSTON TO PITTSBURGH, So I called jetblue to talk to supervisor, I spoke to two supervisor, both of them were really rude and bad customer service. Shelly #84689 and Jeanne #61233. I am sure Shelly left a note on the computer stating not to waive any kind of fee for this customer, So Jeanne was folling the note. Jeanne also stated some unnecessary comments, Now If I don't get a correct answer from Jetblue, I will have to take this to the court, because I didn't appreciate what jeanne stated, and I have recorded the conversation. I had to pay $75 out of my pocket to change it to the original how it was. I would really appreciate if I get some kind of apology from shelly and jeanne for being rude and credit my $75.
