Cargo Van Rental - Truck Rental

I rented the cargo van to move supplies to a festival we catered no food was moved in the van thank goodness, The van reeked like cow manuer, the smell was so aweful we had the windows down and even stopped and purchased a can of lysol spray to get the smell out, then I see on my bill they charged me a $25,00 cleaning fee? How dirty can you get a van in 36 miles? I will be calling them to complain.
