Stinky Van - Cargo Van rental

I rented a cargo van that stunk like cow manure, I am a caterer so it was very unappealing to have me moving paper products and food in coolers in that stinky van, I only drove it 36 miles and they had the balls to charge me a cleaning fee? How dirty can a van get in 36 miles. What a rip, We even stopped and bought lysol spray to get the smell out because the smell was turning my stomach.
