Rip-off... Scam

Have now been looking to get reimbursement out of this organization for more than 18 mos. Posted all necessary paperwork for that journey which we gained. All-inclusive to Mexico. Didn't notice from their store for nearly annually. Started initially to contact them concerning the journey and reimbursement since we weren't informed of any journey ideas inside the year, Nevertheless haven't noticed from their store... Fraud, fraud. Ripoff. Perhaps many people have experienced best of luck together, although not us. Any class-action fit around? In that case, want to be put into the listing.
