I obtained a from Mexico Heaven Vacation after buying my Journey Deal from Southern Trips of Texas, Foot. Value for that planwithtan.com bundle (Journey Advantage System). I posted my type on July 4. It's now 12/6 and I still have not received any information of my journey. All my times have now been overlooked and that I have now been approached them many times for an update. After waiting such a long time, I'm today to the stage to wherever I just need my $100 reimbursement back and I still couldn't achieve anybody that might approach that. Everytime I named, the personel might claim they CAn't provide reimbursement and direct me to some voicemail that no body might reply or call-back. I've posted my solution through formpg.com to obtain my reimbursement and every time they might shut it and have me to contact work to solve. E-commerce is just a large SCAM. Bad customer support and insufficient conversation. E-commerce fraud should truly get turn off!
