Uses independent contractors to do the work, then does not pay the agreeed upon amount

I set up a cruise for 100 people and ms Alvarez never voluntarily paid me my commission. My commission was 90% and because I could not find a paycheck stub verifying this amount, my commission was cut down to 65% through arbitration so we wouldn't have to go before a judge. This is not the only issue with this travel agency... I have heard many complaints from other contractors, i.E., Tina that she had to go to Heathers mother to get her commission. The latest complaint was an out of town contractor that I put Heather in contact with to book his employees rental cars and hotesl 4 years ago and has never received a commission check and will not answer his phone calls. Another law suit is coming her way... Just be careful where you book your travel... You are safer booking on the net...
