Do NOT USE THEM travel review

Do not use Cheapoair for any of your flights. Everything I have read here is TRUE. I only wish I knew about them before I purchased a very expensive ticket through them.
Here is a brief summary:
1. They DO NOT answer their phones. I was on hold for a total of 3 hours (2 different times) and finally gave up. Then I finally figured that you need to press the number that says you'd like to purchase a NEW ticket - then they'll answer.
2. We were not informed of Connecting Flight time changes. Almost missed our flight.
3. We requested seats/meals - they never made this request to the airline.
4. WOSRT of all... We purchased a non-stop flight, only to find out that it isnt a non-stop flight. They claimed that the airline is responsible - not them!
