Brookville ripoff major false advertising

We booked a room at this Hotel thinking there were lots of amenities to make our stay there pleasant. What we found when we got there was nothing like what they had advertised online.

Out of couriosity I began to check other sites booking rooms for this Hotel and found not one of them, including the official Days Inn site, had the correct & true facts as to what is & what is not available at this hotel. I made a list of the sevices offered on the site we used as well as others so people won't get ripped off the way we did.
1. No car rental desk or car rental of any type.

2. No spa or sauna.

3. No babysitting.

4. No indoor pool - outdoor unheated only.

5. No golf course or tennis courts.

6. No inhouse dining & so obviously no room sevice.

7. No free local calls.

8. No business center.

9. No dry cleaning sevices.

10. No game room - a few games & pool tables but only in the bar during bar hours.

11. No fitness center - unless you count using the stairs because the evevator was out of order.

12. The pictures on the sites did not inclued wall paper coming down with mildew behind it, or water spots on the ceilling as our room had.

13. Our entryway into the Hotel included a trash pile our whole stay.

14. One opperable vending area in a larger Hotel?

15. Also the corridors dont seem to be heated as we could see our breath in the morning, as was our room after check-in until the heater got it to temperature hours later.

16. Our in room refrigerator, un-stocked, was not available to us without a fee.
