I booked for King Suite and I was provided queen deluxe and there is no thermostat, the room is so hot. They provided a portable fan since there is no thermostat in the room. I still have the receipt that i paid for king suite but did not receive that room. The service I received was really bad as they told me they cannot help me and I need to deal with it.
