I've had a Trane system in the building for ten years. Nothing but problems since day one. Put about $40000 in maintenance and upgrades. The latest a pressure sensing system that doesn't work (still neg in here). The refer compressors were changed out and sequenced on wrong. They cycle on/off all day even though it's 90 out. Waiting for them to burn up. Don't know if the system was ever engineered right or the MT Trane knows whats going on. Only ever see a tech. Make sure you ask for a list of all systems they have installed and talk with that customer.
