Toll free quoted $30 and when we took the van they wanted $44. Ripoff

I called their toll free number and told the agent that I had 5 passengers from Sky Harbor to Phoenix. The rate she quoted was $30. I asked her twice if that was right. She said yes and when asked for confirmation Agent told me I won't need one. When we got to the Airport and found a dispatcher he said yes to $30. But when we were on the van the driver said he needed $44. I explained that I been quoted twice $30 from toll free and once from the dispatcher at airport.

I feel I was ripped off.
