Rip-off! They booked hotel and shuttles wrong then lied

We were travelling to Hawaii with three infants and, as a result, had specific needs. We asked that we were booked on a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We specifically asked for the shuttle to be a vehicle with seatbelts so we could use our carseats. The agent told us she had confirmed this. When we got there our shuttle was a huge bus with no seatbelts and our one month old son had to ride in our laps!

We also requested a smoke-free hotel room. We explained it was very important because our twins were preemies and could not be exposed to the smoke. The agent guaranteed we would be in a smoke-free room on a smoke-free floor. We were not. When we told the hotel they had made a mistake, they said smoke-free rooms had to be requested by the agent and ours had never done so.

All in all, our first day in "paradise" was terrible with having to switch rooms and worrying about our babies' safety while driving.By that night I had a migrine and we all went to bed early, being exhausted from all the troubles!
