Poor Response To Complaint

I slept as of this resort on June 24 I've had no chance with talking with anyone except the region procedure supervisor, he e-mail me and some telephone labels of missing him, I'd no chance finding my issue managed in a which was inportant to myself and my loved ones.

Personally I think they pressed us underneath the carpet.

Please Be Cautious when staying here.
