Reserved a 3.5-star Resort so when hotel brand was supplied it had been a low-end 3-star resort. Named quickly, they directed to some little printing phrase which stated that any resort may fall under numerous groups and so these were under no responsibility. I talked about the telephone for an hour or so, attempted to obtain an change, update, etc. Completely stonewalled.
