Hi my name is sharona h, i am reporting this business because their service sucks. I went to manager in hotel to ask why was i binging charged extra fiffty dollar a night for no reason, when that was not told to me when i book my hotel. The manager said how do we know u have money on your debit card. I felt very disrespected! I would like tobe refuned my full amount back because i am so hurt they way they treated me! I would never recomend this hotel for my family reuion again! Because they tell u one thing when you reserve your room and when u get there its another story, they charge your card with all types of things you dont have in your room or for thing u might use. Please let people be aware of this hotel. The hilton in atlanta goergia sucks!
