Horrible Experience

I usually ride the Mega bus when I travel to nearby cities and Sates. I'm from St. Louis, Mo, and recently rode the greyhound from Springfield, Mo to St. Louis, Mo. It was the worse experience! The bus was very dirty and had an odor. There was a new bus driver who didn't know where she was going and she arrived to the station a hour late! A passenger told her 4 times directions. There is no outlet, no Wifi. I can't believe the price I paid for the horrible experience. For the money I paid I should not have been uncomfortable, in a horrible environment, and driven by a driver who didn't know where she was going. The new buses should be used and not the old model for the price of the ticket!
