These guys are time share scam artists. Much like World Vacation Equity, they lure you into thinking they have a buyer, then the "closing agent" informs you they need a couple of thousand dollars in advance to finish the paperwork.
I would love to meet these guys in a dark alley and show then some street justice.
In the mean time, just hang up on them.
