This company is the poorest that i have EVER send in consumer relations and customer service! It's almost 3 months since my flifght It's almost 3 months when I paid $6.00 FOR 2 HEADSETS - PAID CASH - ONLY TO FIND THE TV DIDN'T WORK! THE STEWARDESS COULDN'T RETURN MY CASH AND SIMPLY STATED "JUST CONTACT CUSTOMER" CARE" AND I'LL GET A QUICK
REFUND"!!!
Now i've called (at least 10 X) and been placed on hold for close to an hour each time. I've sent emails, completed forms - you name it and still unresolved! The reps even the nerve to call me 4 times in 1 day, and didn't even leave a number to call back! Finally, when i did, again - on hold for 50 minutes! Only be told they'll record the info in my file! You've got to be kidding!
$6.00!!! My reference # is 4781679. What a disservice they are!

It's only $6.00! It's not the money it's the principle; they had no problem charging me, but couldn't return the cash within 5 minutes! And made this process frustrating and humiliating! The nerve to place customers on hold over 45 minutes just to be given this treatment and run around!
