The same thing occur to me to get a reservation I reserved for that 2nd of April. I informed them 24 hours prior to termination and was handed a termination quantity from the resort. Months passed and also the cost was still on my charge card. I approached Holiday Inn corporate HQs as well as their reacts was that it had been corporate plan not to return income even when a termination amount was supplied by the resort. I'll NEVER AGAIN GUIDE CONCERNS AT ANY HOLIDAY INN OR ANY ORGANIZATION THAT'S RELATED TO THEM!!! When there is a Class-Action suit against them count me in.
