Do not book this hotel

Don't guide with Holiday Inn. They are able to market their home without telling clients. I created a reservation online in Sept. 09. Reached the place also it was chaos but still utilizing Holiday Inn brand written down. After I named Holiday Inn on my return, they stated these were not liable. Then who's??? DoN't use Holiday Resort since you don't understand what you'll end up getting.
