Ripping off with false "upgrades"!

Sandals Royal Bahamian named 1 week before go request if we desired to "update" for $350.00 TO 6 space groups above what we'd bought... Encouraging a myriad of benefits and features, and "Honeymoon Package".

NONE of that which was guaranteed did we get, our space (and also the entire resort) was a DUMP, large hair glob in my own damaged sink, dark form around whole tub, addresses damaged on bath and sink, space stunk, sheets all worn-out, watch was of the roof of the cafe... Obviously whenever we requested about our "update" no body understood something about this, impolite employees. Etc etc. I published a contact of criticism WITH images, and delivered a notice for the boss. Our mail reply was, "so sorry, but no body else seems in this way" I needed my "update" quantity back, that we didn't get! It was our next trip to a Shoes, and so I am not only ragging in it, we shall never move back! 00.00 (plus "upgrade") for 6 times is just a large rip off for what we got!!
