Worst travel experience!

I arranged a visit to Sandals Montego Bay through my travel broker to consider my spouse absent on her 40th birthday. I read countless evaluations with this home and was ready to take the poor I'd noticed and revel in all that seemed fantastic about this. We reached the airport in Jamaica and after going right through traditions, we visited the Shoes party location in which a lady requested for the lastname. After attempting our title twice she questioned if we'd appeared about the wrong time. I offered her our verification # and he or she expected us to hold back inside. 30 mins passed together with her doing nothing apart from checking in different Shoes visitors. I expected her to assist and he or she explained to hold back. I visited another Shoes worker who decided to contact Shoes. After 45 minutes she advised us our travel broker had ended our reservation! I had been currently speaking with the broker who insisted that obviously they'd not ended something.

We said not a problem simply get us towards the resort and we shall have a unique space. We were informed the resort was totally reserved combined with the 2 additional Shoes qualities in Montego Bay. At this time my spouse started to cry. We lost more than 2 1/2 hours to discover that Shoes had screwed-up and was prepared to do practically nothing about this.

I started going from food table to table to locate another resort who'd support us. An extremely good woman in the Half-Moon informed us these were reserved but she named and discovered us an area in the Flower Hall Resort & Country Club. This lady actually went us exterior and place us in a cab. Meanwhile the Shoes repetitions simply extended to check on coming guests in and not provided any help.

I've been informed with a few people within the journey company that Shoes includes a status for this sort of factor. When they overbook, they just fall people. Since coming home I've been totally not able to get anybody at Shoes or Distinctive Holidays to provide me a right solution or even to actually apologize. I'll never select a Shoes journey.

For what it is value, The Rose Area really was good!!
