Fraud and cheating!

Etour and Journey set us up in a resort in Daytona, FL which was completely horrible. There is form about the wall from the bed, a filthy dish alongside the bed, particles on the ground, a used club of soap within the bath, hair about the bathtub and floor of the toilet, your kitchen was filthy and oily sensing, the roof appeared as if it had been going to drop in, and also the bathroom strain within the bathtub was red and stained. The resort was named "THE ISLANDER". After I examined in one single individual at the front end desk stated if we did not such as the space we'd have the ability to change areas. And so I named the top table and someone else stated there have been no further areas. He delivered a maintenance person as much as the room and all he did was get the dish and stated he'd possess the top desk contact towards the space. They didn't. Therefore we named additional resorts and needed to purchase another accommodation for just two evenings
