Lousy customer service from Rosie the owne

INCIDENT #1
Feb 03 I made an advanced appointment to ensure a limo pick up at my home for Mar 17,03. Donahue Limo came to my house on Feb 17,03. When I called in Mar 03 to verify my pickup date of Mar 17, the accusative female greeted me with, "Where were you on Feb 17? We came to your house & you were not there".

INCIDENT #2
My schedule was to return to Logan IAP on a Fri, go home, then fly out again on Mon. I was picked up by Donahue Limo on Fri without incident. Mon AM I was frantic, because the limo had not shown up at my house, no one answered the Limo company, & I was scheduled to depart Logan in an hour & 10 mins. I finally got picked up & arrived at the gate at the moment the gate was being closed.

At my out of state destination, I called DL to ask where the fall out occurred. Not only was the "accusative female", who would not give her name (it's an east coast thing), giving me the attitude, I talked to the owner name Rosie. She had an even worse customer service attitude. Rosie was unwilling to even hear the details of the incident & hung up on me. I called back to ask why she was unwilling to hear my case & what could be done to improve things and again SHE HUNG UP. The call back & hanging up went through 3 more cycles, when finally, she was so stressed, that on the final call back, another female answered. I said, "Rosie & I were talking & we got disconnected." The female said "She ran out of the building & off without saying anything to her, so she did not know where she went". This behavior is real adult like. This behavior is unprofessional & sets a poor example of work ethics.

My Mon pick up was ignored because they showed no record of me returning Fri. Very odd when I was picked up, they charged my credit card & I signed it.

The drivers of Donahue Limo Svc are friendly & helpful.
The owner (Rosie) & the call desk lack the communication skills, customer service skills, and the maturity to handle & deal with constructive criticism or conflict.

I was patient with this company. I allowed 4 seperate & distinct incidences to occur without dropping them without an explanation. The owner needs to sell & retire in order to save the reputation of the good employees.
