This company south Florida limousine was supposed to pick up my daughter and her friends for there prom on 5/21. At 2:00pm that afternoon they called and told her that the limo broke down and they do not think that they will have a limo for her my daughter was hysterically crying I told them that we will be there to get her deposit of $344.00 that was paid in CASH to this company.

They told her that they are trying to get her a limo and they will update her regarding what is happening. They called her back in 20 min to let her know that it was a mistake they will be sending her a white limo the black limo is the one that was broken. At 6:30pm we called to make sure the driver was on the way Limor Rosenberg stated that yes it was on the way how about no limo showed there was 10 kids there waiting for this limo.

The parents had to get the kids and take them, i called for over 1hr before someone answered the phone they gave some lame excuse there system was down and they could not get in touch with the driver, then they hung up on me called again for another 30min they finally picked up and acted like oh really the drive never showed i dont know what happen. My daughter best friend dad called and they gave him a different story.

I told them i am coming to get my daughter deposit they told me it will be 2 to three business day before she can get her money back i told them it is unacceptable you guys breached the contract. This company is on the BBB with 14 complaints and a rating of F they are also on YELP, Limousine rental.com. This company is a total FRAUD and this is what they do all the time they need to be stop and there should be an investigation with these people. They go around and ruin people special occasion.
