I have been trying to get ahold of this company for a week now. There is either a busy signal or the agent hangs up the phone. I do not have a confirmation number for a ticket I bought so they told me I'm up a creek! I then had one tell me they could look it up with the credit card number. I have called many times to give them the number to get the confirmation number and it is a busy signal. This is the most offensive, incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. Not to mention the ride on the bus itself is a horror! I think $100 is a lot of money to pay to have your life endangered and be irritated most of your trip! Ride the train!!
