Harassing phone calls

After finishing a telephone study which allegedly sent a totally free Bahama cruise (that we later discovered to be always a fraud). I began getting troublesome "spoofing" telephone calls from telemarketers consequently of my quantity being handed down by this Caribbean cruise lines company. I've submitted a proper problem using the FCC of course if this doesn't quit I'll protest to my representative.
