Inaccurate charge for tou

Our kids senior school is certainly going on the visit with EF tours this summer. I simply discovered it as you of my kids buddies described it to us. After I closed her up they billed me $1000 significantly more than another parents as well as wouldn't recognize the $150 down for registering before February 28 that will be obviously outlined on the site. I spoke to some Todd Master who had been exceedingly rude. Has anybody authorized with EF trips and had this same issue? Is that this company for rude because it is extremely difficult to relate solely to the corporation. I had been advised to keep in touch with a Lindsay Gerlach but she'snot approached me both. Any ideas?
