This company pretends to sell discount air tickets "at cost" (whose?).in fact you can get a better deal directly from the airline.
Representative Ethan tried to sell me "airport security" fee on top of the cost of the ticket to the tune of additional $150. He told he had to pay these himself when travelling in Europe. He advised me to buy them online at a reduced rate to avoid lines at the airports.
I made direct calls to both the airports in question and to the airline and found these fees are bogus and are already included in the price of the ticket. This was a fraudulent attempt to extort more money.
While at it Ethan tried to add aditional 5% "issuing fee". (not mentioned when the price of the ticket was discussed.
