The phone customer support for Period Globe is horrible, I waited 1/2 time to talk to somebody about login issues, they moved me for their "Internet" dept., that was a chaotic signal. I tried again after another 1/2 time delay and was used in the Web department again, which period they hung-up on me. I believed the Next period would be considered a appeal, and really talked to Vladamir within the technology department, he assured me he'dnot hang-up on me, place me on-hold to research, then hung-up on me. Difficult to think that a business may remain in company with support such as this.
