Horrible Money Trap

I began with 1&1 around 5 weeks before. Lately I came across a business providing greater prices and so I visited stop my support. I eliminated my payment info from their website after which called assistance. They ended my support. Once the restoration period folded around (a week ago), Lo-and-see I get billed my regular monthly charge. I believed, "Well, perhaps it had been an error." And so I named them-and after being informed that there will be a reimbursement within 2 business days, they hang-up on me. Its currently been 6 times and that I have yet to get my obvious reimbursement. Today I named in and requested to talk to a supervisor, I was on-hold for 10 minutes before somebody acquired and questioned what my issue was, After I described the tale, The manager stated that they don't provide discounts and hung-up on me.

Remain FAR-FAR from 1&1, they grab your cash and therefore are terrible using their customer care.
