Bad Travel Agents - AIRLINE TICKETS

I booked 4 people to Vancouver 5/5 over the phone using Orbitz. The agents were obviously foreign. For conversation, their English was OK. For business where lack of detail costs money, as it did me, terrible. I had to go online and select flights for them while they charged me an extra $25 pp. Then, after purchase, I realized the flights offered no room for error and I might miss my cruise. An experienced agent picks this up quickly. Why pay extra? They charged an extra $180 a ticket to change them, ($150 to airline supposedly) plus the difference in flight cost. BUT, the flights I rescheduled cost LESS! Did they give me the difference? No WAY. They are really a scheming, nit picking dishonest company. No one should ever use them. They were better at one time. I hate them!
